The customer care mobile application of the Central Power Company provides timely and convenient information updates for customers regarding the use of electricity. This application supports customers in the central region of Vietnam, from Quang Binh to Khanh Hoa and the four provinces of the Central Highlands (Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, and Dak Nong).

The main features of the application include:

• Notifications: The system proactively sends messages to the application regarding electricity bills, power outage schedules, power loss incidents, and more.
• Search: Customers can look up information about their electricity usage, payment collection points and schedules, load charts, and more.
• Online electricity services: Customers can register for electricity purchases, update customer information, and access online payment websites.
• Other utilities: Daily monitoring of electricity consumption, consumption alerts, and more.

The application is completely free of charge.
